Our business in South West Sydney (Greenacre) is growing and the opportunity has arisen for an all-encompassing accounts payable superstar. Someone who can take ownership of the AP department and make it thrive.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3 years experience in an AP Role

• Netsuite experience preferred but not essential

• Key understanding of AP principles

• Ability to stick to procedures and protocols

• Meticulous eye for detail. Highest level of organisational skills

• Team player willing to jump in and help wherever needed

• Self Starter. Someone who prides themselves on the best job possible

• Dedicated to job at hand

• Ability to meet tight deadlines

• On Site 25 Hours per week, Monday & Tuesday are mandatory days.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ownership of company procurement system

• Conversion of purchase orders to invoices

• Meticulous checking of invoices to ensure all documents received are correct

• Uploading of invoices into cloud software

• Weekly as well as monthly cheque runs

• Weekly and monthly payable reporting

• Reconciling vendor statements with internal accounts

• Bank Reconciliations

• Credit Card Reconciliations

• GST Tax Code Reconciliations

• Incoming / Outgoing Calls

• Maintaining Accounts In Box

• Liaising with Accounts Receivable as appropriate

• Support preparation of budgets, forecasts, as well as weekly, monthly, yearly reports

• Supporting the team with ad hoc duties as required

• Daily filing

• General admin duties as required

• Reporting to the Finance Manager
