The Role:
Seeking a proactive Senior Project Officer to support complex ICT project delivery within a large public sector environment. You'll drive key administrative and coordination activities that keep strategic ICT initiatives on track across planning, finance, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level project support across planning, budgeting, documentation, and reporting.
• Manage project documentation via eDRMS, SharePoint, and Project Online.
• Track budgets, create purchase orders, and manage receipts in SAP.
• Prepare high-quality project reports, plans, minutes, and registers.
• Organise workshops, meetings, and forums with internal/external stakeholders.
• Deliver secretariat services to project boards-manage agendas, minutes, and actions.
• Support the team through inbox management, workflow coordination, and cross-project support.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven background as a Senior Project Officer in ICT environments.
• Strong SAP, SharePoint, Project Online and eDRMS experience.
• Knowledge of PRINCE2 or Agile methodologies.
• Skilled in multitasking and meeting strict project deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Government or ICT infrastructure project experience highly regarded.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Experience delivering administrative and financial support across ICT projects.
• Ability to work independently and in high-performing, collaborative teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools and complex financial tracking.
