We’re reinventing how Australians buy, build and manage property. Milk Chocolate is a property concierge business backed by data, tech and an amazing team of property professionals. We bring together economists, engineers, buyers’ agents, project managers and more to deliver a seamless experience for our clients.

The Role

We’re on the hunt for a curious, proactive and organised Purchase Co-ordinator to join our growing team. You’ll be supporting our property purchasing team by helping assess potential properties, coordinate inspections, engage with agents, and assist with admin and due diligence. No two days are the same, and you’ll gain exposure across all areas of property buying.

This is a great entry point for someone with a passion for property and a desire to learn within a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.

What You’ll Do

Support property searches through online platforms and off-market channels

Conduct desktop research, property analysis, and due diligence

Liaise with real estate agents, councils and suppliers

Help coordinate inspections and compile reports

Prepare internal documentation and client reports

Assist with admin tasks, property briefs and offer preparation

Learn how to use our proprietary tech platform, the MilkBar

About You

Detail-oriented, organised and eager to learn

Great communication skills and a professional approach

Loves property, data, and technology

Comfortable juggling multiple tasks at once

Strong admin skills and confidence using G-Suite

Holds an Assistant Agent Certificate (Cert 3 in Real Estate)
