About the Role

As a Logistics Officer, you will be instrumental in managing the smooth flow of our premium food products to customers nationwide. Your role is pivotal to our success, involving daily coordination with third-party logistics providers, transport partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently process and manifest daily deliveries.

Manage relationships and coordinate operations with 3PL warehouses across Australia.

Oversee and maintain rigorous Proof of Delivery (POD) procedures.

Collaborate closely with the Purchasing Officer to ensure accurate inventory control.

Coordinate nationwide transportation, ensuring optimal routing and timely delivery.

Book and manage transport schedules for collection from manufacturing facilities.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven logistics experience, ideally within FMCG, warehousing, or related fields.

Exceptional organisational, multitasking, and time-management skills.

Strong interpersonal and clear communication abilities.

Experience working with 3PL providers and transport companies.

Skilled in inventory management and controls.

Detail-oriented with robust problem-solving capabilities.

Familiarity with logistics software or ERP systems (advantageous but not mandatory).
