We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our team at our Altona location. This casual position offers an immediate start and is ideal for someone who brings a balance of admin and warehouse experience, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

While this is not a forklift-focused role, candidates holding a current MHE licence (High Reach & Counterbalance) may occasionally be asked to assist. This is a casual role with full-time hours, offering a strong possibility of transitioning into a permanent position for the right candidate.

• Schedule: Monday to Friday- AM shift.
• Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general administrative duties to support warehouse operations
• Data entry and system updates for inventory and order tracking
• Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Maintain accurate documentation and records
• Assist with basic warehouse tasks as required

About You:

• MHE licence (High Reach & Counterbalance) – essential.
• Confident with computer systems and data entry (intermediate computer skills)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Proven problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in a warehouse and/or administrative role is essential
• Monday – Friday availability
• Able to provide 100 points of ID during onboarding
• Immediate start availability
• Reliable, hardworking, and punctual
