Randstad Sourceright is proud to be partnering with and working alongside a leading FMCG company. They are seeking an experienced Logistics Claims Coordinator , the purpose is to effectively manage logistics claims in accordance with set agreements to our customers both internal and external.

Role: Logistics Claims Coordinator

Location: Melbourne (Hybrid Role)

Job Type: Contract - 3 Months- Immediate start

This company has multiple manufacturing sites across Australia and has continued to grow and increase market share. Due to increased workload the team is looking to hire a Logistics Claims Coordinator

Experience:

Claims & Customer Service (desired)

Supply Chain/Logistics (preferred)

FMCG experience (preferred)

Cross functional stakeholder engagement

Knowledge:

SAP ERP System, CRM 7(preferred)

MS Office – Intermediate level

Accountabilities:

Reduce Aged Logistics Claims using CRM 7/SAP and relevant systems

Process gap identification & improvements

Weekly reporting and analysis

Claims reconciliation

Logistics Claims investigation & escalations

Claims Inbox Management; including timely response of claims enquiries

Provide claims insights to support key business decisions
