We're Pedal Pop, a rhythm ride spin studio that’s all about music, movement, and community. We’re not here to be average—we’re here to be epic. And now we’re looking for a confident, content-savvy, people-powered Studio Experience & Engagement Manager to join us!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Studio Leadership

Be the face and heartbeat of Pedal Pop—warm welcomes, smooth check-ins, good vibes daily

Oversee class operations, team scheduling, and instructor support

Manage memberships, class packs, studio inventory + occasional playlist inspo

Deliver top-tier service that feels like hanging out with your coolest friend

Marketing & Content

Create fun, feel-good, on-brand content for TikTok, Instagram, and stories

Jump in front of the camera and show off studio life, themed rides & behind-the-scenes moments

Plan and promote events, collabs, giveaways, and referral programs

Work with local influencers, brands and creators to grow our community online & IRL

Track what’s working, tweak what’s not, and keep it moving

Community & Culture

Build a studio vibe that’s inclusive, high-energy, and low-drama

Celebrate wins, support members, and create real connection (no gymtimidation here)

Help turn first-timers into ride-or-die regulars

Maintain the Studio Itself.

You’ve worked in a fitness studio, gym, salon, or retail environment where people = everything

You’re confident on social, naturally engaging, and not afraid to get a little creative
