We now have a fantastic opportunity for a Client Engagement Manager to join our dedicated Corporate Services team. If you're passionate about developing stakeholder connections, driving new business opportunities, and ensuring customer service excellence, we want to hear from you!
About the Role
As the Client Engagement Manager, you’ll play a key role in fostering strong relationships with clients and relevant members of the community to facilitate growth across the business and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
In collaboration with the executive team develop and implement a strategic community engagement plan.
Identify opportunities within the community to foster new organisational relationships that provides mutual benefit and results in client growth across all service areas.
Coordinate various events and communication with stakeholder groups that strengthens existing client relationships, creates opportunities for new client growth, and informs the community about aged care services.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships that promote satisfaction, retention and growth in service areas.
Actively engage and represent Capecare in relevant community-based events or programs that will increase brand and service awareness in the community.
Develop and track key client metrics such as engagement, retention, and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Marketing or Healthcare field (desirable).
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
Strong communication skills.
Strategic thinking and innovative ideas.
