The Senior Business Analyst is a critical role operating across both strategic and operational levels.

This role identifies and champions opportunities for improvement, models future-state solutions, and steers the implementation of initiatives aligned with the organisation's strategic goals.

The successful candidate must be a self-starter who can operate independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and sound judgment in complex and changing environments.

Acting as a trusted advisor, the role provides expert guidance to stakeholders, mentors junior analysts, and promotes the consistent application of best-practice business analysis methodologies.

Reporting to the Program Delivery Manager, this role is an integral member of a multidisciplinary ICT team, contributing to high-impact projects and driving transformative change across the organisation.

This role is fixed term up to 30 June 2027.

About you

Our ideal successful candidate will possess the following:

Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or equivalent certification or qualification (preferred).

IIBA/BABOK or equivalent certification (preferred).

Extensive demonstrated experience in information technology working with senior decision makers, successfully identifying opportunities for process improvement and problem resolution utilising information technology and digital solutions.

Proven experience analysing the design of technical systems and business models, and utilising IT data for business insights.

FRV’s standard practice is to appoint at the base of the salary range, however consideration will be given to an above base salary within the advertised range based on the successful candidate’s skills and experience
