About the role

Based in Tatura with negotiable flexible working arrangements, we’re looking for a driven Business Systems Analyst to join the Digital Strategy and Delivery team within the Business and Finance Division. If you’re passionate about business process automation and eager to lead innovative projects that streamline operations, this is your opportunity to make an impact. You’ll collaborate across divisions to implement cutting-edge automation solutions that enhance efficiency and support scalable growth.

Key skills and experiences

Proven expertise in business process automation, workflow optimisation and continuous improvement.

Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end automation projects that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Strong stakeholder collaboration, communication and negotiation skills with both internal and external partners.

Innovative thinker with a deep understanding of business automation technologies and their application in modern enterprises.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects to align with business objectives.

Highly desired qualifications

Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Management, Commerce or Project Management.

Business Analysis Certification (BABOK, CCB, CPBA, Six Sigma, Lean)
