Talenza has been engaged by a leading organisation to source a Business Analyst for a 6-month contract to support business transformation and Agile delivery programs. This role will work closely with Product Owners and delivery teams, playing a key role in refining business requirements, writing user stories, and supporting end-to-end Agile delivery.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to work on business-critical initiatives and collaborate with a high-performing team.

About You:

Experienced Business Analyst with a strong understanding of Agile delivery practices.

Skilled in running user story refinement workshops using Design Thinking and Human-Centred Design (HCD) approaches.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, engaging confidently across business and technical teams.

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable working in Agile, Hybrid, or SDLC environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate user story refinement workshops to gather and define business requirements.

Write clear, actionable Agile user stories with BDD acceptance criteria for development teams.

Elaborate business rules, processes, and solution designs in partnership with key stakeholders.

Collaborate closely with teams to ensure backlog readiness and prioritisation.

Support delivery teams by clarifying requirements and ensuring alignment to business outcomes.

Ensure smooth handover of requirements to development teams for efficient build cycles.

Contribute to MVP slicing and iterative delivery planning.

Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in business analysis across transformation or digital delivery projects.

Strong expertise in user story writing, backlog refinement, and business rule elaboration.

Demonstrated experience collaborating closely with agile teams.

Ability to convert complex business needs into actionable deliverables for technical teams.

Experience managing multiple workstreams or projects concurrently.
