What You’ll Be Doing:

• Responding promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Coordinating administrative tasks and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Accurately maintaining records and updating databases.
• Proactively reaching out to customers via email and phone as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable transport to our Murarrie location.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to handle customer enquiries with confidence and care.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus but not essential.
