Position Overview: We are looking for a friendly and patient Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, answering calls, coordinating deliveries and pickups, and ensuring a positive experience every time.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner

Coordinate delivery and pickup schedules with customers and drivers

Provide excellent customer service, demonstrating patience and understanding

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings

Collaborate with team members to resolve any issues efficiently

Providing assistance to other office roles as required

Qualifications:

Previous customer service experience preferred but not essential

Excellent communication and listening skills

Microsoft office

Patience and professionalism when dealing with customers

Strong organizational skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
