people2people are a working with a dynamic and customer-focused tech organisation committed to providing excellent service and support to clients in the health industry. They are currently seeking a Customer Support Representative to join their Townsville team on a temporary basis for 6-8 weeks.

About the role
This temporary vacancy with an immediate start, will see the successful candidate responsible for onboarding new customers and support existing customers on the use of products, platforms and services.
Duties will include:

• Register and onboard new customers within designated timeframes.
• Handle customer email enquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer records, including account updates and closures.
• Data entry into CRM.
• Supporting project teams with customer onboarding and selection.

About you
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative who can provide exceptional service delivery and supporting various administrative functions.

• Previous experience in customer service position.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in using office software and tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
