Shoreline Sports Floors designs, installs & maintains Sprung Timber Sports Floor Systems across NSW, ACT & QLD. We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our small office team in Somersby, on a casual basis 2-3 days per week and help support the existing staff with various office tasks.
Key Responsibilities:-
Oversee daily office operations and administration.
Answer the telephone and take relevant notes.
Complete general office filling
Responding to email enquiries and client requests
Chasing outstanding invoices
Completing employee super each month
Prepare and issue invoices.
Manage MYOB data entry and reporting.
Assist with compliance, scheduling and supplier coordination.
As Shoreline Sports Floors completes maintenance contracts in each and every school holiday we would require the successful applicant to be able to work these periods, with the biggest focus in December and January each year.
