Browco Brow & Lash Bar has 12 locations throughout NSW and QLD offering Brow & Lash Services. We have a lovely team in our head office that assists with the day to day running of these gorgeous salons. This could be anything from taking bookings for the stores, Timesheets, customer enquires, sending out stock to the stores, general admin duties.

Perfect for someone who has been a Salon manager, Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a Beauty Salon.

We are looking for candidates that can work 3- 4 days a week.

The person for the role must possess the following attributes:

Great phone skills

Excellent customer service skills

Highly organized

Can prioritize tasks efficiently

High computer literacy skills

Knowledge in Lashes a BONUS

Can work under pressure

Beauty Experience is a MUST

The role includes, but not limited to:

Answering high volume phone bookings

Booking customers in for Lash and Brow appointments using Fresha

Dealing with store requests from staff

Social Media Customer Service

Stock orders for stores

Experience with Fresha and Monday is also a bonus

Checking rosters and bookings

Dealing with customer issues
