About the role
Sheridan Legal Pty Ltd seeks a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our Kempsey team on a part-time basis.

You will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth operations of our busy legal practice.

What you'll be doing

Welcoming and greeting clients in a warm and professional manner

Answering and directing incoming phone calls

Scheduling and managing appointments

Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area

Handling basic bookkeeping tasks such as banking and mail

Performing other administrative support as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent time management and organisational abilities

Proficiency in using office equipment and software (e.g. Microsoft Office, LEAP practice management)

A friendly, professional and client-focused approach

The ability to work well independently and as part of a team
