We’re seeking a detail-driven, proactive Sales Support & Administration with a passion for real estate and a knack for organisation. Working closely with a high-performing team, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day sales and office operations, helping drive results and client satisfaction from the ground up.

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role – perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, values structure, and takes pride in delivering exceptional work.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Front of house reception duties: greeting clients, answering phones, and managing general enquiries

Providing administration support to both sales and rental teams

Providing assistance to the sales team with data entry, follow-up communication and preparation for property appraisals

Liaising with external providers such as photographers and furniture stylists

Managing social media platforms

Creating marketing materials using existing templates (Canva & Indesign)

Managing database updates and contributing to e-newsletter campaigns

Vendor reporting and ongoing communication with clients and directors

Collaborating daily with the Office Manager, sales agents and directors

Ensuring all tasks are completed with precision and within tight deadlines

What We're Looking For:

Experience in real estate sales administration (preferred)

Current Real Estate Certificate or Licence + up-to-date CPD (preferred)

✔ Razor-sharp attention to detail - accuracy is critical (essential)

✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

✔ Strong organisation and time management skills

✔ Experience using Canva, Indesign, Trello, PropertyMe & social media platforms (preferred)

✔ High-level proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

✔ A team player with initiative, professionalism, and a can-do attitude
