Venue Manager – West Tamworth Sports & Bowling Club

Full-Time | Tamworth Region | $72,251 – $80,000 + super

Are you ready to take the lead in a hands-on hospitality role that blends operations, community, and bowls? West Tamworth Sports & Bowling Club is seeking a motivated Venue Manager to take the reins and drive daily trade, community engagement, and bowls coordination.

What you’ll do:

· Operate the venue day-to-day and lead from the front during all trading hours

· Supervise and support a small, committed team

· Oversee bowls programming in partnership with the West Tamworth Bowling Club Committee

· Ensure compliance with Liquor & Gaming, WHS, and RSA/RCG standards

· Deliver a high-quality customer experience and represent the club proudly

About you:

· Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality or club management

· Current RSA and RCG (NSW) certifications

· Confident operating a venue solo and leading small teams

· Friendly, organised, and passionate about community
