The Role

Working closely with the General Manager, you will help lead the daily operations across the venue, ensuring consistency, compliance, and service standards are upheld at all times. This is a hands-on role that requires strong coordination across departments, a proactive approach to service delivery, and the ability to adjust your leadership style to suit different teams and service types.

Your scope will include a mix of day-to-day service oversight, process development, team management, and event execution all within a fast-paced, premium venue environment.

About You

Experience in an assistant manager, or operations management position within a multi-faceted venue

Comfortable navigating between a mix of premium bar, bistro, restaurant, function, and gaming spaces

Excellent operational knowledge, including compliance, reporting, and service standards

Strong team leadership skills with a calm, solutions-focused communication style

A detail-oriented mindset with confidence handling high-volume trade and corporate functions

Ability to work evenings and weekends as part of a rotating roster
