Make a significant contribution to the enhancement of FRV’s performance to achieve greater efficiency.
The RAPID Program Business Analyst role (12 month fixed term) will play an integral role in augmenting the internal programs team and provide subject matter expertise including identifying, modelling, analysing, developing and facilitating the implementation of improvements to business systems, processes and workflows to ensure they are aligned with FRV’s strategic and operational goals and objectives.
About you
Our ideal successful candidate will possess the following:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent certification or qualification (required).
IIBA/BABOK or equivalent certification (required).
Minimum of 5 years demonstrable experience in information technology working with senior decision makers successfully identifying opportunities for process improvement and problem resolution utilising information technology and digital solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience analysing the design of technical systems and business models, and utilising IT data for business insights.
Strong experience with the UKG dimensions/Workforce Pro product in delivering configuration, testing and training.

FRV’s standard practice is to appoint at the base of the salary range, however consideration will be given to an above base salary within the advertised range based on the successful candidate’s skills and experience
