Position overview
We are seeking a highly capable Organisational Change Management professional to lead the planning and implementation of change management activities across programs and projects. This role plays a key part in supporting the realisation of the Bureau’s Strategy 2022-2027, providing expert guidance to executive sponsors, program and project managers, as well as other enabling roles such as business analysts and communications professionals.
The successful candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with key business areas and stakeholders to ensure that change management planning accurately captures and assesses the impacts of change. They will also develop and implement effective strategies to enable the successful adoption and sustainability of new ways of working designed by program and delivery teams.
Additionally, the role will contribute to the ongoing development of the Bureau's change management framework and approach, through the use and maintenance of key artefacts, tools, templates, and reports.
Experience working within government and familiarity with delivering projects that have a customer or community impact is highly desirable.
