JAYD is a leading swimwear brand that embodies confidence, empowerment, and love for an active lifestyle. We design and manufacture premium-quality swimwear that resonates with women who embrace adventure, challenge, and self-expression. FINIS and TRISWIM are fast-growing complementary brands that fit a similar audience. Our products are loved by athletes and fitness enthusiasts across the country.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for taking on a variety of tasks that will allow for the successful completion of marketing projects and strategies. The successful candidate will be heavily involved in the coordination and design of email marketing, eCommerce, digital advertising, and assisting in the development of marketing collateral, along with other marketing and administration tasks as they arise.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Email Marketing: design & execute eDM campaigns, audience segmentation, automation.

Graphic Design: for digital ads, social media, eDMs, eCommerce, and printed collateral such as flyers and posters.

Copywriting: for digital ads, eDMs, eCommerce, and other marketing collateral.

Website Updates: on our Shopify stores.

Assist and support our team whenever we're stretched a little thin; we're a tiny gang and sometimes need help in other areas of the business too, so being a team player is a must.

REQUIREMENTS

Tertiary qualification in Marketing

2 years' marketing experience

Flair for creativity and love of design

Confident using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva

Previous experience with Shopify and email marketing platforms

Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

Excellent problem-solving skills

Strong communication and organisational skills

Confidence in developing and implementing new ideas and initiatives

Photography and photo editing skills a bonus ✨

Based locally on the Gold Coast (you'll be working from our HQ in Miami)
