About the role

We are seeking talented Multimedia Specialists and Web Developers to join our dynamic team at Transitional funding and Thinking of Marketing' in Adelaide, South Australia. This full-time role will allow you to utilise your expertise in web development and multimedia production to drive the digital strategy and online presence of our growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Design and develop cutting-edge websites and web applications using the latest technologies
• Create engaging multimedia content such as videos, animations, and interactive elements
• Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to deliver digital campaigns and content
• Ensure website performance, security, and compliance with industry standards
• Continuously research and implement new trends and best practices in web development and multimedia
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal and external stakeholders
• Mentor and share knowledge with junior members of the team

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in web development, with expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design
• Strong proficiency in multimedia production, including video editing, animation, and motion graphics
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla
• Understanding of web accessibility and search engine optimisation (SEO) best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
