Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, your role will encompass:

• Providing comprehensive HR guidance and support to your portfolio of internal stakeholders and the leadership group
• Supporting employee life cycle matters, from onboarding through to exit interviews
• Driving best practices in Employee Relations, including performance management, conflict resolution and conducting internal investigations
• Supporting Industrial Relations initiatives by collaborating with the leadership team to negotiate enterprise agreements and liaise with respective unions
• Build key stakeholder relationships to provide guidance and knowledge in line with various initiatives and projects
• Act as a true Business Partner to your stakeholder portfolio across numerous geographical locations

About You
To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:

• Extensive experience as a Generalist HR Practitioner with expertise in ER, IR and strategic initiatives
• Outstanding organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field
• Professional and respectful communication skills
• A proactive mindset and ability to deliver high-quality outcomes independently
• Ambition and drive to grow within a dynamic organisation
