About the Role
- Partner with leadership and the broader People team as a centre of excellence for expert workplace relations guidance.
- Lead complex case management, investigations, and disciplinary processes, ensuring fairness and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Drive the ongoing development and implementation of our Workplace Relations Framework, fostering a safe and compassionate environment for our workplace and clients.
- Lead Enterprise Bargaining Agreement negotiations, working collaboratively with unions and managing change effectively to benefit our workforce.
- Elevate organisational capability by mentoring and upskilling People Partnering Team in workplace relations.
- Stay current on evolving employment law, modern awards, and industry trends, keeping stakeholders informed and prepared.
- Champion innovative initiatives to cultivate a sustainable, high-performing, and engaged workforce, focused on delivering exceptional care.
- Collaborate on strategic projects that align with our employee relations vision and contribute to our mission of enriching the lives of older people.

About You
You will likely have:
- Tertiary qualifications in a HR related/legal discipline, with 5+ years' experience in a senior workplace relations/ people partnering role,
- Have extensive expertise in Australian employment law, modern awards, and specific regulations relevant to aged care,
- A proven track record of successfully managing complex workplace relations cases, investigations, and disciplinary processes,
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights to improve business and workplace outcomes,
- Highly developed communication and presentation skills, including the ability to partner, influence and negotiate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing others, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
