What you'll be doing:

• Prepare Accurate and Competitive Tenders – Interpret plans and specifications, complete quantity take-offs, and compile clear and compliant tender submissions
• Conduct Supplier & Subcontractor Liaison – Obtain and negotiate quotes, analyse pricing, and coordinate builder’s works and trade packages
• Support Pre-Construction Planning – Collaborate with Project Managers to develop delivery methodologies, identify risks, and attend site inspections
• Drive Procurement Processes – Coordinate RFT packages, assist with supplier selection, and support tender award handovers to the delivery team
• Manage Estimating Workflows – Oversee multiple tenders concurrently, maintain cost databases, and track submission outcomes and profitability
• Promote Company Values & Relationships – Uphold TPS's reputation through professional conduct, strong stakeholder relationships, and proactive client engagement

What you'll need:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within Australia, ideally Western Australia
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and scope documents
• Proficient in quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and applying construction methodology
• Understanding of local suppliers, contractors, and market conditions in WA
• Highly Developed Communication and Relationship Skills
• Commercial Acumen and Attention to Detail
• Experience managing the full tender lifecycle: from site inspections and RFIs to final submission and post-tender clarification
• Software Proficiency and Documentation Skills
