Key Responsibilities:

• Provide updates to the Management team regarding tender preparation and submissions
• Define project scope and establish precise terms and conditions
• Organize and manage subcontractors and suppliers necessary for tender submissions
• Solicit quotations for required materials and services
• Conduct precise material assessments
• Demonstrate strong prioritization, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Accurately estimate labor hours, mobilization and demobilization expenses, and equipment needed for project execution
• Aid in construction scheduling and planning as needed
• Compile material assessments and project costs into organized spreadsheets or databases
• Participate in tender reviews with senior management and adjust cost estimates accordingly

Experience Required:

• Previous experience as an Estimator within the civil construction industry
• Tertiary qualification in Engineering, QS or similar is preferred but not essential.
• Experience in reading and interpreting drawings and plans
• Well-developed communication skills
• Strong commercial acumen
