Estimator – Asbestos & Environmental Projects
$120k – $140k + Super + Vehicle & Fuel | Full-Time | Perth Metro

About the Role

Work as part of a high-performing team preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for asbestos, hazardous materials, and environmental remediation projects. Reporting to the General Manager and Directors, you’ll support project delivery from tender through to handover.

• Review tenders, drawings & specs to scope work
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for multiple services
• Conduct site inspections & assess risks
• Liaise with clients, suppliers & regulatory bodies
• Submit compliant and competitive tenders
• Support project handover to operations teams
• Track win/loss rates and improve estimating systems

Skills & Experience

• Background in asbestos, environmental, or construction estimating
• Skilled in tendering, technical drawings, and cost breakdowns
• Proficient with estimating software and Microsoft Outlook
• Strong communicator with problem-solving capabilities
• Current driver’s licence and able to attend site inspections
