The Position
Reporting to the Business Services Team. You'll deliver high quality service to retail partners across phone, email, and digital channels.
- Provide exceptional service to clients and customers across multiple communication channels
- Resolve enquiries efficiently while keeping all stakeholders informed
- Manage a variety of service-based products and ensure accurate documentation
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless service experiences
- Handle complaints and escalate issues as needed, aiming for positive outcomes
- Adhere to quality, compliance, and privacy standards in all tasks
- Identify and contribute to process improvements that enhance service delivery
The Candidate
The successful applicant will have previous experience in a customer service, call centre, or claims environment and will possess the following skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
