Currently we are seeking an experienced Showroom Sales Consultant for a renowned international luxury retailer in Melbourne CBD.
This role involves the provision of exceptional customer service, luxury sales brand management and operational excellence.

Reporting to the National Retail Manager, responsibilities include but not limited to:
- The ability to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets / KPI’s
- Provide outstanding customer service and product knowledge to clientele by presenting and detailing company products and services to existing and potential clients
- Build relationships with existing customer base, generate new sales, and manage your sales from purchase to installation and service thereafter
- Develop and maintain sales & marketing materials, attend prestigious networking functions & product launch events throughout the year
- Preparation and follow up of quotations - prepare paperwork to process sales
- Ensure that any customer queries are managed in an efficient and professional manner
- Ensure that the CRM sales system is relevant and up to date on a daily basis
- Research and stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
Key Skills and responsibilities for this role:
- 3 + years sales experience in a similar role ideally from a luxury brand or technology background
- Be able to confidently guide and assist customers through the selection and sales process
- Strong sales motivation with proven experience in building long lasting client relationships with clientele
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with high attention to detail
- Professional presentation and grooming
- Proven ability to work as part of a team with punctuality and reliability
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays on a rotational roster
- Good computer skills including Microsoft office, Outlook and CRM
- Knowledge of technology and design industry preferred but not essential
