Guru Property Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Customer Relation Role within our Buyers Agency Division. This full-time role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting our day-to-day operations.

What you'll be doing

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of services to customers

Maintain accurate records and databases related to customer interactions and operations

Assist with the planning and execution of company events and activities

Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve customer experience

Provide administrative support to the management team as needed

Property Inspections as and when required

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or operations coordinator role, preferably in the property or real estate industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues

Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail

Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite

Adaptable to change and able to work well in a fast-paced environment

A positive attitude and a genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service
