Internal Sales Representative

• Riverstone location | Availability to work between 7:30am-5:00pm

About the role

This role requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and a proactive approach to follow-up, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering lasting relationships.

• Receive sales enquiries from customers, in person, by telephone, email, and live chats
• Advise customers on technical details, product features & benefits and unique selling points
• Interpreting technical Diagrams and information
• Issue sales leads to external salespeople
• Understand pricing structures to ensure correct pricing is given to our customers
• Accurately prepare quotations and tenders on customer requests
• Liaise with manufacturing staff on pricing and technical difficulties
• Follow up quotes within set time frames
• Facilitate service calls, warranties and site work
• Work collaboratively account managers and state managers
• Participate in sales meetings

About you

• Previous experience in a similar position or experience in the building or plumbing industry is highly regarded
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office
