About the Role

As SDR, you'll have three key responsibilities, all across existing (travel agency) accounts:

Identifying and converting up-sell opportunities;

Identifying and converting cross-sell opportunities; and

Implementing strategies, collaboratively with Customer Success and Sales, to drive adoption for those accounts not transacting.

You'll also help to qualify inbound leads and set appointments for the BDM team.

Your success will be measured on daily call targets, conversion rates from leads to demos, and most importantly, deals activated and closed. You'll work out of their vibrant Sydney-CBD offices (with 50+ staff) and, reporting to their Inside Sales Lead, join an established SDR team of 3.

In time, you'll also help to build their outbound capability - contributing to lead generation and qualification processes that reduce dependence on inbound leads.

Excellent training and ongoing support will be provided. Your success in this role will open doors to further career advancement, with new opportunities being created as the company continues to scale.

About You

To be considered for this role you'll bring:

1-3 years' experience in a B2B-focused SDR, Inside Sales or Customer Activation role - preferably within fintech, financial services or technology.

You're an upbeat, clear, confident communicator and natural relationship builder - capable of creating genuine / trusted connections with busy travel industry professionals.

You're comfortable with cross-selling, up-selling and customer reactivation campaigns - working through dormant account lists, persisting through challenging discussions / rejection and effectively combining service delivery with sales outcomes (i.e. uncovering and solving client problems, leading to new sales opportunities).

Most importantly, you're motivated to work in a collaborative, fast-paced and high-growth environment with significant earning and career development potential.

On offer, a base salary package and generous commission scheme - with realistic $120K-$130K total annual earnings potential.
