About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and reliable individual to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth and improvement of our operations while developing your skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and face-to-face interactions.

Collaborate with the sales team to manage orders, stock, and deliveries.

Receive and dispatch stock in accordance with sales orders.

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.

Maintain accurate stock levels and participate in stocktakes.

Oversee warehouse organization and upkeep.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Prior experience in customer service, internal sales, and warehouse operations within a fast-paced environment.

A proactive attitude and a desire to learn and grow professionally.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines effectively.

Excellent attention to detail with a focus on documentation accuracy.

A positive, resilient approach with the ability to work both independently and within a team.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

A valid NSW driver’s license and forklift license.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills.

Bonus Skills:

Knowledge of the gate automation or security industry is highly advantageous.
