The administration officer will be based in the Mental Health Units reception areas either in the Mental Health Unit, Recovery Unit or Older Persons Mental health unit. and will provide the first point of contact for all visitors to the Mental Health Facility including attending to consumer and visitor inquiries.
The administration officer will be responsible for all clerical functions associated with the facility and will be expected to provide a comprehensive and efficient administrative service to all members of the team to ensure maximum quality of care is provided to consumers, their family and carers.
The administration officer will be accountable to the Manager of Inpatient Services/MHECS/Director of Nursing MHDA and will be supported by the Executive Assistant to that position.
