The Role:
Join a team modernising and supporting enterprise infrastructure across Citrix, Windows Server, and Red Hat Linux environments. You'll play a key role in reviewing, upgrading, and securing systems, ensuring performance and compliance, and driving automation across platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Windows Server and Red Hat Linux environments
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure reliability
• Deliver upgrades, patches, and ensure compliance with security standards
• Automate builds and deployments using tools like MECM, MDT, and PowerCLI
• Support VM migration and hybrid infrastructure operations
• Participate in a 24/7 support model, including on-call and after-hours work

Skills & Experience:
Essential:

• Strong Windows Server & Red Hat Enterprise Linux administration
• Expertise in VMware vSphere, vCenter, and ESXi templating
• Solid knowledge of Citrix (Studio, Director, NetScaler Gateway)
• Scripting proficiency (PowerShell, Bash, or PowerCLI)
• Familiar with MECM/SCCM or similar deployment tools
• Demonstrated experience enhancing infrastructure in enterprise/government settings

Desirable:

• Exposure to ISO27001, Essential Eight, or ITIL frameworks
• Experience in SLA-driven or cost-recovery environments
• Understanding of secure build baselines and patching strategies
