🔧 Your Impact
You’ll act as a technical subject matter expert, supporting and managing Microsoft Windows and O365 desktop environments. You’ll play a hands-on role in project delivery, onboarding new customers, and mentoring junior tech staff. After-hours support (on-call/overtime) may be required, and you’ll need to be based in the greater Brisbane area for occasional short-notice site access.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support across Microsoft Products, Azure, and O365 platforms
• Administer and maintain desktop environments, operating systems (Windows 10/11), and virtual desktops (VDIs)
• Deploy and maintain desktop operating system images using tools like MECM and Omnissa Horizon
• Respond to RFIs/RFPs and participate in workshops, POCs, and solution evaluations
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to continuous improvement activities
• Ensure compliance with ITIL/ITSM processes including change, incident, and problem management
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across enterprise infrastructure

• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated accountability in following processes and meeting SLAs

🛠 Technical Skillset - Essential

• Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM)
• Active Directory + Group Policy
• Windows 10/11 support, VDI support
• Image maintenance and deployment (Omnissa Horizon)
• ITSM/ITIL processes using ServiceNow or similar

Highly Regarded

• Windows Server admin
• Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace admin
• PowerShell or other scripting experience
