Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional looking to contribute to a prestigious national program? Join our team as a Recruitment Administrator, where you'll play an essential role in assisting the Cadet Program Manager to design, plan, and deliver our national editorial graduate program.

• Assist in the planning and preparation of the cadet program, with a focus on attraction, selection, and onboarding.
• Coordinate and schedule planning meetings and program-related activities.
• Oversee program logistics, including budget management and facilities coordination.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to implement program activities and ensure smooth execution.
• Analyse data to identify improvements and implement necessary changes.
• Work independently with confidence, making inquiries and adjustments as needed to ensure program success.

• A highly organised administrator with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate program activities.
