What You’ll Do
Provide IT support across a range of technical issues, from basic troubleshooting to complex problem resolution
Manage and triage inbound customer requests
Document, prioritise, and escalate tickets effectively using our Helpdesk system
Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships
What We’re Looking For
Proven IT support experience (Service Desk/Triage, Level 1, or Level 2)
Previous helpdesk or IT support experience will be highly regarded
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and general IT environments
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
A proactive, team-focused attitude
Ability to work both onsite and remotely across South East Queensland
Must hold a valid driver’s licence
Reliable, punctual, and accountable – you show up on time and ready to deliver
