Senior Portfolio Manager - OSHC Services

Catholic Early EdCare is seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Portfolio Manager to lead a team of Service Leaders across our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) services in SEQ.

This is a key leadership opportunity for someone with proven multi-site operational experience who thrives in a values-led organisation and is passionate about driving quality, consistency, and strong outcomes across a service portfolio.

The Role
Reporting to the Head of OSHC, you will oversee the performance and delivery of services across your portfolio, providing strategic direction, coaching, and support to Service Leaders. You’ll play a critical role in embedding high standards, strengthening team capability, and ensuring each service delivers exceptional care and education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support Service Leaders across multiple OSHC services
• Drive quality, compliance, and service consistency at scale
• Embed a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Support organisational growth by contributing to strategic initiatives
• Partner across teams to implement effective, practical solutions

About You
We’re looking for an experienced and confident leader who brings:

• A strong background in multi-site leadership, ideally within OSHC or early education
• Demonstrated success in improving service quality and operational performance
• A strategic mindset paired with a hands-on, supportive leadership style
• Experience mentoring and developing leaders to build high-performing teams
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and performance metrics
