We are a Brisbane based Shopfitting company who work nationally with market leading clients in the Retail and Hospitality sectors. We are looking to add an experienced, motivated & highly regarded Project Manager from within the Fitout industry to join our team, to assist in managing our growing client base and business volume. This is a senior, highly autonomous role, with direct involvement with key clients and all areas within the organisation.

Description

Key responsibilities will include:

Successful completion of Fitout projects – on time, on spec & on budget

Project Pre-start preparation – completion of schedules etc

Management of all on-site activities in a timely and safe manner

Liaising directly with clients on project milestones

Technical problem solving

Active participation in internal business processes and management activities

Profile

Key selection criteria will include:

Minimum 3 years Project Management track record within the shopfitting industry

Strong understanding & capability in Project Management methodologies

Strong negotiation & interpersonal skills

Ability to lead and co-ordinate multiple parties to deliver to tight work schedules

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Good level of computer literacy
