This is a full-time, work-from-home position – perfect for someone early in their medical administration career who is ready to take on a meaningful challenge and grow with a purpose-driven team.

What You’ll Be Doing

Delivering exceptional service to veterans and their families via phone and email

Managing appointments and patient records using HotDoc and Best Practice software

Handling DVA-related enquiries and administrative tasks with care and accuracy

Supporting a friendly and dedicated clinical and admin team

Ensuring high standards of documentation and professional communication

What We’re Looking For

Experience with veterans or the DVA system is highly, highly regarded

Previous experience in medical administration (GP clinic experience required)

Familiarity with Best Practice and HotDoc – required

A kind and compassionate approach, with strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and adapt to evolving needs

A reliable internet connection and suitable home workspace

A genuine desire to build a long-term career in medical administration
