The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Foreman with a passion for safety to join a well-established commercial builder, supporting delivery of a $7.5mil school project in Maryborough. With work kicking off mid-July, this is a hands-on site-based role ideal for a tradesperson ready to champion safety on-site and support an existing Site Manager with day-to-day operations.

The Company
This long-standing commercial builder delivers everything from education and community builds to hospitality, industrial and general commercial projects. Their diverse portfolio spans new builds, extensions, and complex refurbishments across SEQ.
They’re picking up steady work in the Gympie region and have recently won a school project in Maryborough – hence, the need for an extra set of capable hands on-site.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Acting as the site-based safety lead and right-hand to the Site Manager
• Running inductions and toolbox talks
• Maintaining safety compliance and fostering a proactive safety culture
• Walking the site, keeping eyes on every element of day-to-day activity

What You Bring

• A background in commercial construction – ideally as a Foreman or skilled tradesperson
• Strong understanding of site safety and WHS best practices
• WHS Certs not essential – attitude and site presence are more important
