Your new company is a Tier 2 construction company specialising in health, education, modular, and social housing projects. Due to multiple projects won, they're looking to expand their team with a General Foreman.

Your new role

As a General Foreman, you will manage daily on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high standards. You will lead a team, coordinate with subcontractors, and maintain a safe work environment.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience as a General Foreman in commercial construction
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Commitment to safety and quality
• QBCC preferred but not essential
