About Us
Rebul Packaging is a national transport packaging manufacturer, with facilities in Brisbane and Melbourne and clients around Australia. We prevent damage in transport. People come to us with their logistics challenges and our great people, experience and innovative packaging designs are the difference between goods arriving safely or damaged. We manufacture the most environmentally friendly transport packaging - made of recycled materials and 100% recyclable. Everyday is different, every product is different challenge, so we are constantly learning, improving and innovating. We are an end to end solution, starting with reels of paper and finishing with packing the boxes and crates for our clients, that we have custom made the paper with.
With 20 years of continual growth, we are looking for a winning salesperson to help take us realise our potential.
Your Role
As a Salesperson at Rebul Packaging, you will be the face of our brand, driving business growth through relationship building, strategic sales efforts, and a passion for custom industrial transport packaging solutions. You will be presented with hundreds of qualified leads ready to prospect.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
Maintain and grow existing client relationships
Conduct client meetings and product presentations
Provide packaging solutions tailored to customer needs
Prepare and follow up on quotations and sales proposals
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
Stay informed on industry trends, products, and competitors
Requirements
Proven track record in sales, preferably in packaging or B2B environments
Packaging / export / logistics / operational / manufacturing experience to understand how things are made, packed and shipped.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused
Strong problem-solving abilities
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
Ready list of other leads, contacts within manufacturing.
