About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a current Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice. As our BDM, you will be responsible for growing our property management portfolio, building strong relationships with landlords and investors, and delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:

· Source and convert new property management leads

· Build lasting relationships with property owners and investors

· Conduct rental appraisals and presentations

· Prepare management authority agreements

· Collaborate with the property management and sales teams

· Meet and exceed monthly targets and KPIs

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

· Previous experience in real estate, preferably in a BDM or leasing role

· Current Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice

· A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills

· Strong knowledge of the local property market

· A proactive and professional attitude
