Digital Door Lock (DDL) Group is Australia’s leading distributor of exclusive smart home and security solutions, representing premium global brands across smart locks, safes, assisted living and connected living technology.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to take full ownership of our fast expanding Home Security Safes category. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to build a dedicated national sales channel, develop strategic partnerships and drive long-term growth.
This full-time role (Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm) is based in South Melbourne, with regular travel across Victoria and interstate as required. Travel costs will be compensated.

Key Responsibilities:
Take full ownership of the safes product category and lead its commercial success across Australia
Establish strategic partnerships across key markets, including but not limited to, resellers, distributors, hospitals, hotels and commercial sectors
Identify and pursue new business development opportunities and leads
Manage existing client relationships, ensuring repeat business and high satisfaction
Deliver product demonstrations, sales presentations and training for partners and clients
Use HubSpot CRM to manage pipeline, track leads and report on activity and performance
Monitor, report and keep up to date on industry trends, competitor activity and customer needs
Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial enquiry through to closing and post-sale support
About You:
At least 3 years of experience in business development or B2B sales
Demonstrated success in building and managing sales partnerships
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a track record of delivering results in new or growing categories
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage a wide range of stakeholders
Self-driven and organised, able to work independently while collaborating closely with internal teams
Professional, reliable and passionate about delivering customer value and innovation in security
Hold a current and valid Australian Drivers' Licence
