About the Role:
We’re recruiting on behalf of our client for a motivated and detail-focused Customer Service Administrator to join their thriving team in Croydon. This fast-paced, diverse role puts you at the heart of the action—supporting key clients and internal teams to keep everything running seamlessly. From managing customer orders and providing vital admin support to tracking stock, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional end-to-end experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of valued clients, ensuring strong ongoing relationships.
- Provide administrative and processing support to the Sales and Customer Service team.
- Manage quote and proof requests, ensuring accuracy.
- Maintain up-to-date records, including customer requests and job files.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to meet key deadlines and deliver on client expectations.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales administration support — ideally within manufacturing or FMCG.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and confident learning internal systems.
- Detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
- Team-oriented with a proactive mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.
