About the Role:

We have an opportunity for an experienced ICT Support Officer to join our team. As we undergo significant growth and change, we require a skilled professional to ensure the reliable operation of our ICT environment.

In this role you will provide day-to-day operational support for our ICT infrastructure, end-user compute and participate in enhancement projects. You will ensure high-quality technology services, optimal support for operational requirements and contribute to the development of ICT strategies and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the ICT strategic plan and roadmap, adopting emerging technologies

Deliver high-quality technology services across the organisation

Analyse and improve ICT service delivery

Develop, review, and improve policies and procedures

Build a high-performing ICT team

Foster collaborative relationships between ICT teams, stakeholders, and vendors

Essential Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in technical support of a medium-sized distributed ICT environment (cloud-based)

Technical knowledge of ICT operations, infrastructure, or cyber security

Experience delivering specialist advice to staff at all levels

Understanding of vendor management and ITIL practices

Effective communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Relevant ICT or Business qualifications (or equivalent experience)

Driver's license
